NIE Number
|
To
buy a Spanish Property you will need a NIE Number, unless you are buying with a Spanish Company. We can get this number for you
within 14-21 days, or you can do it yourselves directly at local National
Police Station, takes about 3 months You will need one for each
member of the family if residing here in Spain. Please ask for forms to be
sent.

Spanish
Bank Account
|
This
is essential, it provides you with a reference and allows you to pay
for your Spanish property, and it helps in paying for your service and
community charges and local taxes if you are a non-resident. We can help

Nota
Simple
|
This
is a simple copy of the deeds obtained from the local Land Registry, shows
at first instance if there are any debts, liens or charges on the property.
We can supply an Official Copy from the Land Registry within 24 hours.
Will need Finca Number from titled deeds.

Lawyer
|
Is important that
that he/she is independent, the lawyer will undertake to do a 'due
diligence' on the property and will advice you on the complex buying
process in Spain. Will save you lots of time and will give you peace of

Currency
Exchange

All
important when buying property overseas. Will save you on the UK Bank
